The nonresident Harvest Record is required for all nonresidents of any age that hunt deer or turkey. A new Harvest Record must be obtained each year starting March 1. Additionally, requires a Hunting License and a Big Game License to hunt deer or turkey, except that nonresidents less than 16 years of age additionally need only a Hunting License and not a Big Game License.

A durable credit card style license that fits easily into your wallet is an optional addition to the standard paper license. Up to 7 valid licenses will be printed on the card and mailed to you in several weeks (*mailed transaction fee will apply). To purchase more than one card, please make separate transactions. IMPORTANT NOTE: Lifetime Licenses and Harvest Records are NOT PRINTED on the Durable License Card option. For Lifetime Licenses, please order the lifetime replacement instead.

The NonResident Short Term Sportsman's License is a single license for nonresidents age 16 and older that covers all paid hunting and fishing privileges except the federal Duck Stamp for a specified one day period. Up to 10 additional consecutive days may be added for $20.00 for each day. Requires successful completion of a Hunter Education course if born on or after 1/1/1961. Sportsman's License holders must also obtain the following if participating in the listed activity: a free annual SIP Permit for saltwater fishing, a free seasonal Waterfowl & Migratory Bird Stamp for hunting migratory birds, and a free seasonal Harvest Record for hunting deer or turkey (the latter two must be renewed after March 1 each year). A federal Duck Stamp is additionally needed to hunt waterfowl. A Quota Alligator Permit is necessary to harvest an alligator.

The Free Non-Resident Waterfowl & Migratory Bird License is required for Lifetime and Sportsman's license holders 16 and over that hunt migratory birds (doves, ducks, geese, woodcock, snipe, coots, rails, or gallinules). Once obtained, this license is valid through the end of February each year and must be renewed for the next March through February period. A federal Duck Stamp is additionally required to hunt waterfowl.
